Do you offer personalized text on the pieces?

Yes. If you want a text different than the one shown on the image of the piece, simply enter the desired text on the Product Page before adding the piece to the cart.



Do you offer custom ceramic pieces with my own design?

Yes, if you would like a piece with your own design, please contact us.

Please remember that our pieces are 100% handcrafted, some small variations from the original are to be expected.


What are the price ranges?

Prices vary from $11.99 to $44.95 depending on the leved of detail, shape of the piece (sphere or double cone), the materials used (some pieces include gold) and the number of firings required.

What are the payment methods?

Credit Card and PayPal are available for on-line orders. Other payment methods can be arranged for personalized orders. Contact us for details.


What is the delivery time?

If the selected whiskey stones are in stock, delivery can take up to 3 days. In case the ceramic whiskey stones are not in stock , it can take up to 7 more days, depending on the details of the craftsmanship, for a maximum of 10 days. Large orders of more than 50 pieces can take a little longer. Please contact us if you have a concern regarding delivery. We will try to accommodate any order.


What is the return policy?

You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.
